Visit the Portland Classical Chinese GardenA year-round wonder, the Portland Classical Chinese Garden is an authentically built Ming Dynasty style garden. Covered walkways, bridges, open colonnades, pavilions and a richly planted landscape frame Zither Lake, creating views that are never twice the same. This urban oasis of tranquil beauty and harmony, built by Suzhou artisans will inspire and engage all who visit. Public tours and audio tours are available. A teahouse is located within the Garden. Location The Garden is located between NW 2nd and 3rd and NW Everett and Flanders in Old Town/Chinatown. The Garden can be reached from I-405 by taking the Everett Street Exit and turning East. The garden is also available by MAX, which is Portland’s light rail system, or by buses 1, 4, 5, 8, 10, 16, 33, 40, and 77. Hours

Admission
Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5.50 for students, with children under 5 for free. With a membership admission is free for one year.
Guided Tours Guided public tours are daily at noon and 1pm. No reservations are required. Additional tours may be available based on Volunteer Tour Guides availability. Call ahead to find out the tour times for the date of your visit at 503/228-8131 x 0. Large Groups If you have a group of 15 or more, please call at least two weeks in advance to schedule your visit. Private tours for a group of 15 or more are available on a first come, first served basis. Licensed tour operator pricing is available. Call the Garden at 503.228.8131 x 1001 to schedule your group tour. Reserving in advance will help ensure a more pleasant experience for your group. Other Important Information
The Garden has a wheelchair accessible route that travels throughout the garden.
