Class Procedures, Polices & Directions

Refund & Cancellation Policies:

If you must cancel your registration for a class, your registration fees (less 15% processing charge) will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least 2 weeks before the event. Courses with insufficient registration are occasionally cancelled or rescheduled. You will be notified by phone as early as possible. Full refunds are sent automatically for classes that are cancelled.

Member Pricing:

All members receive a 20% discount on classes and lectures. The "Plus" and "Friend" level and above members may not apply their discount to a non-member guest at a paid class, workshop, or lecture. (Those membership benefits apply to taking guest for visits to the Garden, and for the all-member, free events that the Garden hosts, i.e. the Poetry Reading, Lotus Celebration, or various receptions.) Children listed on the membership for "Family" memberships may also receive the 20% discount for children's courses.

Class Registration:

All classes, workshops, or lectures must be pre-paid and registered for a week in advance of the event. Registration can be completed over the phone, on PCCG's secure R.S.V.P line - (503) 228-8131 x2001. All information is confidential, and a staff person will return your call within 3 working days to confirm your registration.
